Does a plan include every third-party fee?
A plan does not automatically include every third-party resource, administrative charge, tax or out-of-scope item. The signed proposal and contract control.
Can I purchase one service only?
A single service or custom combination can be assessed separately, with scope and price confirmed in writing.
How are partner cases published?
Names, logos, screenshots, testimonials and metrics are published only with permission; otherwise cases remain anonymous.
How is a project accepted by stages?
Scope and outcomes are reviewed at discovery, design, development and launch stages. Formal checkpoints and criteria belong in the proposal and contract.
Which systems can maintenance cover?
Paid VIP plans can cover apps, websites, frontend, admin, APIs, H5 and mini programs. System count, capacity and response targets follow the contract.
Are filing and licence applications guaranteed?
We help prepare and submit materials. Final decisions remain with the relevant authorities and are not guaranteed.
How are project materials and source code handled?
Usage, delivery, intellectual-property and confidentiality boundaries are defined in the signed contract.
