Service boundaries

Termos de serviço

Define the relationship between website information, a formal quote, contract and delivery.

This is a structural placeholder, not an effective legal document. Business and legal review is required before launch.

01
Website role: content introduces services and helps prepare an inquiry; it is not an automatically accepted offer.
02
Cobrança e renovação: “por projeto por ano” é a unidade de preço exibida; não significa renovação automática nem trabalho ilimitado. Datas, escopo, adicionais e renovação seguem os documentos assinados.
03
Third-party costs: domains, cloud, messaging, email and administrative charges follow the formal proposal.
04
Delivery and acceptance: outcomes are submitted by agreed stages and reviewed under contract criteria.
05
IP and data: ownership, licensing, account access, confidentiality and delivery follow the signed contract.
06
Changes and cancellation: scope changes, pauses, cancellation, refund and breach follow signed documents.
07
External results: regulatory decisions and third-party platforms are not guaranteed by website content.
08
Disputes and notice: governing law, resolution and notice channels follow the formal contract.
